Please Say a Prayer

My grandfather lives in the very busy New York City, last night as he was on his way home from work, he got off the bus and was crossing the street to make his way home, and was hit by a car. The driver did not stop no bother to call 9-1-1. Thankfully there were some good Samaritans that were able get him the police and an ambulance. He is currently in the hospital, his shoulder is broken in several places, pending surgery, test's are still being done to make sure there are no neurological problems, and internal issues.

Please say a prayer for my grandfather, and my family as we goes through all of this. Our grandparents have been the rock in our family. I will be leaving next week to go see him.

One of our friends gave us two buddy passes to NYC, so we took a quick weekend trip to NYC and had a Blast. Philip and I left for New York City Early Thursday Morning. Here are some pics of our weekend.

Camping

Our family and some of our close family friends have been talking about going camping for about a year now. But time has never permitted, but this past weekend it did. So we packed the family van up and Headed to Lake Tawakoni and camped out there for a two day campout. The other families met us there. Here is the group that went.

Wednesday was the big day, Shaun’s Kindergarten graduation and it was the sweetest thing ever!It was a special time and I still can’t believe my little baby brother is growing up so fast, I remember like it was yesterday that my parents brought him home from the hospital. I still try to plop him on my lap as often as possible and just kiss and snuggle with him for I know this time is running out fast and before I know it he will be a young man before I know it!

Summer Vacation!!

The semester is over. I cannot put into words the relieve and joy that i feel. My goal was to keep my GPA over a 3.5 and it is currently a 3.8 so I am very glad about that. 1 year completed...about ten million more to go. I will be taking my last final next week Tuesday. Keep me in your prayers.

Other, than studying my head off for school not much has been going on. I am still debating on what all I want to do for the summer since I will not be taking any classes.

Update on my grandfather. He is out of the hospital. He had a mild stroke. But he is up and about again. I am very thankful for that. Thank you guys for your prayers.

Last week, Philip Celebrated his 26th birthday. We celebrated with a nice dinner and live music at Sambuca, a very nice 4 star restaurant here in Dallas.

That is pretty much all that is going on. We are slowly starting to plan our wedding. We will be sending out Engagement announcement soon. So Everyone e mail me your address

Say a Prayer...

For those of you who do not know....My grandparents have played a very big role in my life. The have been like a second set of parents for me. And I love them to death!!

Saturday, morning my grandfather felt a little tingling and numbness in his arm and leg and fell to the floor, my grandmother rushed him to the hospital. And it looks like he may have had a small stroke. Please keep him and my family in your prayers, that he will make it safe and sound.

What do I do on my spare time?

Well its spring break and I am soo glad its here. Many of my friends have big plans but I just wanted to be blah...School consumes my life so I didn't feel like doing much! Here a little of what I have been upto...Spring Break isn't over yet...more pics to come!

Sadly, Last week Sunday March 2nd, I was grilling and the fire flared up and caught my arm, and here are the results of that...I have Second degree burns all over my right arm! Yes it hurts..But it is healing really well. Pray for my arm!

Its been snowing in Dallas, which rarely happens. Usually its just sleet...but this year we were lucky to get over 4inches of snow. Here a little preview.

She's Here

Welcome Baby Haley. She was born this Morning (Feb 18) at 1 am at 8 lbs. 13 oz. Shes got all ten of her fingers and all ten of her toes and she is as cute as a button. Congrats Isabel and Eric!!!

Both Mom, Dad and Baby are doing excellent.

Happy 6th Birthday Shaun!They do grow up too fast, I remember anxiously waiting in the waiting room with my brother Samuel as my dad and the doctors were in the delivery room, delivering the twins. And now Shaun is turning Six. Time just fly's.

Shaun's Birthday will always be a happy and sad day. Because we all miss Shane soo much. He will always be in out hearts. Sometimes it's so hard to get a grip of what has happened. We love him and miss him so much!
